Vivo’s cheap 5G smartphone Y33S goes public, with features and price

Chinese mobile maker Vivo has unveiled its Vivo Y33S FiveG smartphone. The company, which unveiled the Vivo Y33S Forge last year, has released the FiveG with some updates.

The phone has a 6.58 inch LCD display with water drop notch with 60 Hz refresh rate. This time the phone also has a face unlock feature with side facing fingerprint scanner.

This phone with Dimension 700 chipset comes in 4 GB, 6 GB and 8 GB RAM variants. The storage is the same 128 GB is given. The phone has a 5,000 mAh battery. The phone has a 13-megapixel main camera, a two-megapixel macro camera and an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

The 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant of the phone, which is currently available for the Chinese market, is priced at 1,299 Chinese Yen (around Rs 25,000) and the 128 GB storage variant with 6 GB RAM is priced at 1,399 Yen (around Rs 27,000).
