Ncell Axiata Limited has introduced ‘Nonstop Time Pack’ offer. Now Ncell customers can take time packs to meet their mobile data needs. In which customers will be able to get data service for 15 minutes and 2 hours.
The company has already been providing one-hour data packs. The company has introduced these two new data packs to provide services to the customers as per their requirement. In this scheme, the customer pays Rs. 10 to 15 minutes data pack. Similarly, 2 hour data pack costs Rs. Can take in 30. Customers can also avail mobile internet service at the speed of 1 Mbps while these packs are running.
Customers can pick up these data packs by dialing Asterix 17123 or from the Ncell app, website or nearby Ncell outlet. If the customer uses data beyond the pack’s time, the extra data usage fee will be deducted from the pack if any pack is already running and data charges will be levied at the rate of ‘Pay as You Go’ if any such pack is not running. The duration of these time packs is calculated based on the time the customer has activated the pack.
